44. Marc Berryman – Rhinohide

Kali and Charlie talk with Marc Berryman, founder and CEO of Rhinohide, a protective side covering for 4WDs going off road: “the phone cover for your car.”

Marc built his own business in London before returning home to Perth to launch Rhinohide. From a deal on Shark Tank to a successful equity crowd-funding raise, Marc has ridden through the difficulties of manufacturing and selling an innovative product in WA.

“It’s almost like an education to some of the shareholders that we are not an ASX listed company.. people are like ‘What’s our current share price at? Where do I see it?’ and … ‘I’m not sure if you actually read all the information? But It’s not like that! You’ve invested in the company, it’s a longer term play.” ~ Marc Berryman.
