19. Chris Tistrand, Dinner Twist

Based on an idea Chris and his wife My saw in their home country of Sweden, they set up Dinner Twist in Perth in 2012.

Since then, they’ve built up this ‘meal kit’ delivery business from their kitchen table to 45 staff and $7M in revenue.

How did they do it, and how do they differentiate themselves in an increasingly competitive market?
